William "Billy" Powell

Funeral service for William "Billy" Powell, age 79 of Clarksville, will be Monday, Oct 23, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Sykes Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother David Fambrough  officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, Oct 22, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home  and again on Monday, Oct 23, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00.

William  passed away on Thursday, Oct 19, 2017 at his residence.  He was born on July 05, 1938 in Palmyra, Tn to William and Etha Powell. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother Jerry Powell. He is survived by his brothers, Johnny Powell and Waldon Powell.
