William "Bill" Cecil Tuttle

 A graveside service for William "Bill" Cecil Tuttle, age 87, of Murfreesboro, TN, will be Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Harvey Cemetery at 3:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM-2:30 PM at Sykes Funeral Home.

Bill was born on June 20, 1936 in Lakeview, OH, to Perry and Amanda Tuttle. He passed away on May 16, 2024. Bill was a Christian man who loved Jesus Christ, his wife, and his children. He retired from Consolidated Freightways after 25 years of employment. He was a veteran of the United States Army and met his wife, Robbie Sue, while stationed at Ft.Campbell, KY. Bill enjoyed his neighbors and working on their lawnmowers and tinkering with other small equipment. After retirement, he and Robbie Sue enjoyed traveling. Their favorite trip was driving to Alaska. Bill was a loving husband to his wife for 56 years until her passing in 2018.  

In addition to his parents and wife, Bill is preceded in death by his siblings: Ann Dye, Leola Lebold, Kay Arthur, and John Tuttle. He is survived by his children: Wade Tuttle, Michele Tuttle, and Shannon Tuttle.
