Virginia Dare Davis, age 76 of Clarksville passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. She was born on October 08, 1940 in Hartselle, AL to Wallace and Virginia Sims. Virginia retired from Bellsouth where she spent her time as a dispatcher. In retirement she loved to travel. Her favorite places were Australia and New Zealand.
She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Herbert E. Davis, daughters; Rita K. Davis, Kimberly L. Davis and Esta Caira, son, Gregory Scott (Melissa) Davis, grandson, Tyler Scott Davis, and sisters; Mary Wallace Bagwell, Rebecca Lombardo and Cindy Lyle.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
