Vidal Sotomayor Garcia

A Celebration for Vidal Sotomayor Garcia, age 102 of Clarksville, TN, will be Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until the time of service.

Vidal was born on April 29, 1922 in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, to Candido Sotomayor and Trinidad Garcia. Vidal was a Jehova's Witness and retired from Coca-Cola. He enjoyed going on cruises and fixing things.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Elba Meijas Maestre. Vidal is survived by his children, Juan Sotomayor and Ramona Sotomayor; 2 sisters; 3 brothers; 8 grandchildren; and Shirley Arias who was like a daughter to him.
