Vickie Culpepper

Vickie Elaine Culpepper, 50, Palmyra, died Saturday, October 24, 2009, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with her brother, Gene Culpepper officiating. Burial will be in First Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home at the funeral home. Vickie was born February 8, 1959 in Henry County, Tennessee daughter of the late Dudley P. Culpepper and Rosie Mai Darnell Culpepper. In addition to her father, Vickie was preceded in death by sister Dorothy Bazer, and brother Paul Culpepper.
Ms. Culpepper was a Retail Manager and a Baptist.
In addition to her mother, Ms. Culpepper is survived by her children Jessica Rose Galindo, and son James (Nicole) Dudley Cosgrove, grandchildren Anthony Ray Galindo, Jr., James Brody Cosgrove, Joseph Gauge Cosgrove, and Kadence Nicole Cosgrove. Her companion Jack Huff, sisters Gloria (Buck) Phillips, Marion Ray, Carolyn (Pete) Bucy, Peggy(Gary) Gennuso, Wanda (Billy Joe) Walker, Martha (John) Hester, Debbie (Ricky) Skinner, brothers; Dudley (Lorrie) Culpepper, Robet (Ellna) Culpepper, Jerry (Wanda) Culpepper, Don (Anita) Culpepper, and brother-in-law Bryan Bazer and sister-in-law Regina Culpepper. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Lung Cancer Support Group in Vickie's memory.
