Vera Joanne McCampbell Lill, 67, Cumberland Furnace died March 18, 2011 at her residence. Her remains will be cremated and spread on a family grave site in Northern Missouri. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. will be in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Lill was born January 23, 1944 in Martinsville, Missouri, and was preceded in death by her parents Carroll and Ferrn McCampbell of Martinsville and Bethany Missouri. Her last place of employment was State Industries in Ashland City until her retirement on Jan, 04, 2006.
Survivors include her husband Robert L. Lill, Jr. and son Robert B. Lill of Cumberland Furnace; her daughter Lisa Bishop of Nashville and grandchildren Arielle, Chance, Dylan, and Trevor all of Cumberland Furnace. Her brothers and sisters Gene, Jimmy and Joyce McCampbell, and many nieces and nephews in northern Missouri.
A memorial service will be held at Mt. Zion Methodist Church, 5700 Highway 48, Cunningham, TN. At 1:00 p.m. on Friday March 25, 2011. Service will be conducted by Brother Lee Stevenson and Brother Patrick Woolsey will be in attendance.
