Funeral service for Command Sergeant Major Hermann Kraiser, Retired U S Army, age 77 of Clarksville, will be Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Sykes Funeral Home and Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of service. Graveside memorial services will be Friday July 24, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with full Military Honors. Mr. Kraiser passed away on Wednesday, July 15 , 2015 at his residence. He was born on May 30, 1938 in Koengen Germany to Enrenreich Kraiser and Rosa Kraiser. Mr. Kraiser was retired from the US Army where he served in the Vietnam and Korean wars. He came to Ft. Campbell in July 1985 as the Command Sergeant Major and served under the direction of General Cody until his retirement. He is survived by his Wife, Amn Kraiser of Clarksville; Sister, Maria Dietz.
