Tracy Lynn Fain Phillips, age 42 of Clarksville, passed away Monday, September 1, 2014 at her residence. The Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2014 and 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday, September 5, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Tracy was born March 9, 1972 in Clarksville, TN to Jimmy Fain and Bonnie Heflin. She was also preceded in death by her grandfather, Carl Black and father-in-law, James David Phillips.
She was a graduate of Montgomery Central High School and worked as Deputy Clerk for Montgomery County Circuit Court. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
She is survived by husband, Jamie Phillips; son, Collin Phillips; daughter, Kerston (Mickeall) Abbott; sister, Karlee Heflin; parents, Jimmy (Janet) Fain; mother, Bonnie (Chuck) Heflin; grandparents, Lucille Black, Lewis and Evelyn Fain.
Pallbearers will be Larry Black, Donnie Black, Keith Fain, Terry Fain, Brandon Forrest, Pat Parker, Wayne Potter and Mike Myers.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P. O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284.
