Memorial service for Thomas Allen Burt, age 77 of Clarksville, will be Sunday, January 17, 2016, 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Thomas passed away on Thursday, Jan 14, 2016 at Gateway Medical Center. He was born on Oct 04, 1938 in Sheridan, Wyoming to James and Mary Burt. Burt was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Thomas was a veteran of the US Navy. He served our nation recieving the Good Conduct and Cuban Service Medals during his more than 8 years of service to our country. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Virginia Burt; his daughters, Lori Burt, Teresa Burt, & Cheryl McDonald; sons, Thomas Burt Jr., & Anthony Burt; brother, James D. Burt; Eleven grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren. Thomas is preceded in death by his daughter Virginia Stallcup.
