Theodore Satchell, Jr.

A Celebration of Life service for Theodore R. Satchell, Jr., age 81, of Clarksville, TN, will be Friday, May 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until the time of service. Pastor Ola Mae Parker will officiate.

Theodore passed away on May 14, 2023 at Signature Healthcare of Clarksville. He was born on May 10, 1942 in Middletown, VA and was the only child of Theodore and Elaine Satchell.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Jamie Cross, and a special cousin that was more like a sister, Isabella Six, both of South Bend, IN. Theodore leaves behind to cherish his memories, his devoted and loving wife of 54 years, Doris Satchell; sons, Darren Satchell of New York and Kevin Roulhac of Clarksville, TN; daughters: Dawn Satchell (Kenny) Drain, Shana Satchell (Brian) Parker, and Deidra Johnson, all of Clarksville, TN, and Alacyn Smith of South Bend, IN; 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. He had no siblings, but he had special brothers and sisters-in-law who were always there for him. Theodore had a lot of special friends and family who meant the world to him.
