Teresa Sisco

Teresa Sisco, 51, Clarksville, died Friday, September 17, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center.  The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Louie Montoya officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home.  Mrs. Sisco was born January 8, 1959 in Clarksville daughter of the late Henry Richard Rye and Marie Rose Rye. In addition to her parents Mrs. Sisco was preceded in death by a son, Billy F. Sisco, Jr. Teresa was a Case Manager for the State of Tennessee, Department of Human Services and an avid reader, she enjoyed the "Twilight" series. Mrs. Sisco was a Baptist. Mrs. Sisco is survived by her husband, Billy F. Sisco, Sr., sons; Michael J. (Wendy) Sisco and Jeremy Sisco of Clarskville, daughters; Sarah E. (Jim) Mapps of Clarksville, and Jennifer R. Sisco of New Jersey, brothers; Dickie (Missy) Rye, Larry (Neicie) Rye all of Clarksville and Jimmy (Cindy) Rye of Arkansas, sisters; Sarah (Bob) McPherson of Florida, Joyce (Jeff) Jones of Colorado and Ruth Peoples, of North Carolina, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Donations may be made in Teresa's honor to the American Cancer Society or Montgomery County Animal Shelter.
