Steve Harrison

Steve Harrison, 69, passed away suddenly on April 16th 2021. The funeral will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, April 23, 2021 at Sykes Funeral Home with Bro. David Mackens officiating. Burial will follow at Gum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday April, 22, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Friday 1:00 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Steve was retired from the transmission business. He loved watching Gunsmoke and eating Cheetos. He also enjoyed being with his friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his father Carl Harrison and sister Deborah Harrison and survived by his loving wife, Janet Harrison; son, Chad S. Harrison; mother, Frances Harrison; siblings, Pam (Brenn) Mayfield- Sinks, Lynn (Pam) Harrison, and Teresa (Troy) Suiter; grandchildren, Morgan, Steven, and Savannah Harrison.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Ellis, Tim Harp, Scotty Richardson, Clay Dill, Brent Hester, Bill Harris; Honorary pallbearers, Danny Byard, Nelson Kennedy, Don Smith, Brenn Sinks.
