SSG Judy Pearl Brown, ARMY (Ret)

 SSG Judy Pearl Brown, ARMY (Ret), age 73, passed away on September 28, 2024. She was born on February 24, 1951, in Fitzgerald, GA, to Sam and Pearlie Mae Brown. 

Judy retired from the United States Army where she was an LPN for 20 years. After retirement, she continued her medical career in home health care. She enjoyed traveling, dancing, and helping others. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her family whom she loved very much.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings: Shirley Carr, David Brown, Willie Brown, Herman Brown, Floyd Brown, Sam Brown, and Mamie Lee Reid. She is survived by her daughters, Latonya (Jimmie) Briggs and Cassandra (Lekeshia) Hicks; 5 grandchildren; and siblings: Bernice Brown, Harold Brown, Linda Martin, and Angela Brown.
