Robert C. Roylance, Sr., age 81 of Clarksville passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at his residence. Sykes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Roylance was born in Capital Heights, Maryland on March 15, 1932 to the late William G. and Caroline Ruth Schumaker Roylance. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Georgene Louise Roylance.
He was a self-employed Builder and Business owner, a Methodist and a Veteran of the US Army.
He is survived by children, Robert C. Roylance, II (Martha Elliott), T. K. Lee, Jonnisue Roylance and stepson, George Hager; sisters, Mary Gerard, Ruth Pyles; grandchildren, Kayla Lee, McKinley Lee, Ian Rinker and a great-granddaughter, Arabella Lee.
