Ricky Darren Wallace, Sr., passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2013 at Sykes Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at the New Hope First Church of God in Big Rock, TN on Saturday, November 16 with Rev. Brad Epperson and Rev. Lee Wallace officiating.
Ricky was born December 18, 1958 in Middletown, OH to Rev. Eugene and Ellarie Houndshell Wallace.
He was a Plumber with the Department of Defense at Fort Campbell, Union Steward, Former Moose Lodge member and a Disabled Veteran.
Other than his parents, Rev. Eugene and Ellarie Wallace, he is survived by his wife, Jennie M. Jones Wallace; children, Scott Wallace of OH; Ricky Darren (Tammy) Wallace, Jr., Kristy (Randy) Woodruff, James (Nina) Sherrill; siblings, Phillip (Debbie) Wallace, Rhonda (Dwayne)Sumner; 7 grandchildren and many nephews and nieces all of whom he was proud to be a part of their lives.
