Hayden Raymond Blackwell, Sr., age 70 of Clarksville, passed away Monday, December 30, 2013 at Spring Meadows Healthcare Center. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Saturday at the Funeral Home.
He was born on August 20, 1943 in Clarksville, TN to the late Ira Blackwell and Beatrice Green Blackwell. He was an Insurance Sales Agent and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his mother, Beatrice Green Blackwell; son, Hayden Raymond Blackwell, Jr.; daughters, Kimberly Jo Jetton (Kent), Carol Ann Davis (Jeff); brother, Buford Blackwell (Becky); grandchildren, Kyle Jetton, Hannah Grace Hansen, Holli Potter and Brittany Potter.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2000 Charlotte Ave., Nashville, TN 37203
