Spenser Thomas Mayes, 23, Clarksville, died Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at Saint Anthony's Hospital in Alton,IL. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Robertson officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
Spenser was born September 28, 1987 in Clarksville, son of George and Patricia Boatwright Mayes. Spenser attended Rossview and Kenwood schools, and participated in the Buddy Ball Program. In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandparents Charles and Shirley Boatwright of Clarksville, and Sara Floyd of Franklin, KY.
