Sheila passed away at her residence. She was born on Nov 01, 1969 in Gary, IN to James and Martha Virginia. She was an active member and minister at Greater New Birth Jerusalem Ministries.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Bryant Blue, daughters, Breaun and Brittany Blue, brother, James Virginia, Jr., sisters; Sandra (Kenneth) Bolden, Sylena (Sam) Tensley, and Shawna Williams.
