A memorial service for SGT Thomas Ralph Wells ARMY, age 59 of Woodlawn, will be Friday, March 1, 2019 at 12:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home . The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Inurnment will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY.
Thomas  passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019 at Tennova Healthcare.  He was born on September 18, 1959 in Fort Stewart, GA. Thomas is preceded in death by his mother, Thoma Fickle Wells; his brother, Don Wells; and his sister, Suzette McCord.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Sue Wells; his father, Samuel Wells; his son, Thomas (Melissa) Wells; daughters, Michelle (Scott) Schrader, and Amber Wells; brothers, Victor and Tony Wells; sisters, Dorothy Toops and Diane Simmons; grandchildren, Dominic and Alex Wells, Kelly Roush, and Nathan, Dalton, and Aleaya Schrader; and one great-grandchild, Carson Roush.
Thomas was a 3rd Degree Mason and a member of Clarksville Lodge #89, as well as a member of Three Degrees Masonic Motorcycle Club chapters 1, 5, and 10.
