Sfc James Drummond, Army (Ret)

A visitation for SFC James E. Drummond, ARMY (Ret), age 87, of Clarksville, TN, will be Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY, where full military honors will be rendered. James was born on November 15, 1934 in Waynesboro, VA, to Corba and Clara Hoffman Drummond. He retired from the United States Army after 23 years and served in Vietnam and Korea. James enjoyed shooting guns and traveling.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Valerie Ann Drummond. James is survived by his sons, Remi (Karin) Drummond and Eric (Alexandra) Drummond; grandchildren, Leah Drummond and Mick Drummond; niece, Maryann (David) Cline; and many more loving family members.
