Sfc Darlene Turnbaugh, Army (Ret)

A Celebration of Life service for SFC Darlene Turnbaugh, ARMY (Ret), age 60 of Clarksville, will be Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Rev. Charlotte Moore will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and again Saturday from 12:30 PM until the time of service. Darlene passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Tennova Healthcare. She was born on July 3, 1959 in York, PA. Darlene retired after 24 years from the United States Army where she received numerous medals and awards for her service. She served in 4 overseas tours and was most recently employed with Taylor Motors in Ft. Campbell.

She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Turnbaugh, Sr. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, James Gibson; mother, Ellen Harrold; and siblings: Joyce Lloyd, Kevin Turnbaugh, Kenny Turnbaugh, Jimmy Turnbaugh, and Linda Lombardo.
