Sfc Bobby Jones, Army (Ret)

A Celebration of Life service for SFC Bobby Earl Jones, ARMY (Ret) age 73 of Clarksville, will be Monday, December 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at KY Veterans Cemetery West. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Bobby passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020. He was born on April 6, 1947 in Birmingham, AL to John and Jessie Robinson Jones. Bobby was retired from the United States Army. He enjoyed woodworking, crafting, traveling, radio DJ'ing, and Blues festivals.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings: Mary Ethel, Mable Jewell, Foy Glenn, James Henry, Eldrige, John Foye Jr., and Donald. Bobby is survived by his daughters, Angela (Bradley) Hall and Leslie (Edward) Akinsanya; sisters, Sandra Faye and Yolanda; grandchildren: Christopher, Jordan, Brandon, Alesha, and James; great-grandchildren: Sage, Brooklynn, Elisha, Sile, and Sade.
