SFC Jon Perry Hopkins, ARMY (Ret)

 A graveside service for SFC Jon Perry Hopkins, ARMY (Ret), age 70, of Cadiz, KY, will be Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY where full military honors will be rendered. 

Jon was born on September 5, 1954 in Farmington, MO, to Lee and Betty Hopkins. He passed away on October 31, 2024. Jon retired from the United States Army and then worked as a government contractor. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and traveling.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, David Hopkins. Jon is survived by his children: Jon (Brandy) Hopkins, Sarah (Jeremy) McDaniel, Tracy Hopkins, and Christine (Dylan Paiton) Hopkins; siblings, Judy Morgan and Russ Hopkins; grandson, Isaac Hopkins; and many more loving family members and friends.
