Scarlette Moore

Scarlette Moore, a beloved resident of Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 56. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Sykes Funeral Home at 12:00 PM. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Tuesday from 10:30 until the time of service.

Born on January 15, 1967, Scarlette was the cherished daughter of Joyce Moore and Bobby Gene Moore. She grew up in Clarksville, TN. 

Scarlette is preceded in death by her mother; Joyce Moore, father; Bobby Gene Moore, siblings; Leticia Moore Bastyr, Crystal Moore Phillips, Bobby Moore, Dale Moore. 

She is survived by her spouse; William Michael Phillips, her 3 daughters; Rebecca Whiten (Clayton Whiten), Jessica Williams, Jenna Conner, nieces; Haley Phillips, Madison Nipper, Kayla Meador, Lauren Paulus, Courtney Andrews, her 4 grandchildren; Ellie Sophia Whiten, Preston Conner, Zoie Conner and a baby girl due in September. 

Beyond her dedication to her family, Scarlette had a love for trying out new recipes in the kitchen and all things 80’s rock. Scarlette also had a passion for animals and loved her 5 dogs deeply. 

Her adventurous spirit and radiant smile lit up any room she entered, leaving a lasting impression on those she encountered.

Scarlette Moore leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and enduring memories. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known her.

Though Scarlette is no longer with us, her spirit will remain forever in our hearts. May she find eternal peace and may her gentle soul rest in tranquility.
