Sally Duffett

Sally Louise Duffett, age 86 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare.  She was born on Jan 15, 1932 in New York, NY to Walter Bailey and Elsie Bailey. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, John Bailey and grandson, Jason Duffett.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan Whetro, Carol Elaine McBeth, Judith Ann Duffett; grandchildren, Richard Baker, DeWann Whetro-McBeth, Chad Whetro, Lisa Hill, Kiki McBeth-Williamson, Kaveena Flores, Sequoia Hampton, Grace Jenny Duffett; 26 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Ohio.
