Roger R. Rennie, age 78 of Indian Mound, TN passed away peacefully Monday, March 4, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 a.m.,Monday, March 11, 2013 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Dover, TN. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at the church.
He was born October 4, 1934 in St. Cloud, MN to the late Henry and Clara Kloskin Rennie. He was also preceded in death by sister, Gloria Ballmann.
He was a retired salesman and a Veteran of the US Army having served in the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marlene Dietman Rennie; daughters, Deb (Gary) Brummett, Sharon (Mark) Nicpon; sister, Lorraine Solberg; grandchildren, Randy (Corinna) Mason, Christin (Scott) Mason Stoneback, Nicole Nicpon, Joey Nicpon, John Nicpon; great-granchildren, Mila Mason and Kai Stoneback.
