Funeral service for US Army Retired 1SG Robert Monore Lambeth, age 75 of Clarksville, will be Tuesday, Sep 22, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Sep 22, 2015 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home.
Robert passed away on Friday, Sep 18, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center. He was born on Nov 02, 1939 in Winston-Salem NC to Woodrow B. Lambeth and Daisy Ann (Rowmanger) Lambeth. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Simone Paule Bastein Lambeth and two granddaughters Tina Simone Dawson and Anna Lambeth. He was a member of the DAV and Knights of Columbus and was a senior league bowler at Skyline and Pinnacle. He was retired from the US Army and retired from DynCorp as an aircraft mechanic and inspector.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Plew Lambeth; daughters, Christine S Lambeth-Christoffer, Mary Dawson, Patricia Grosjean; son, Robert Lambeth, Jr.; step-son, James A Watson, Gary W. Watson; step-daughter, Tammy Lynn Sears; sister, Doris Slater; 10 grandchildren, Todd, Gary, Robert, Shelby, Ryan, Dennis, Woodroe, Simone, Gabriell, Kenji; and 1 great grandchild, Tyler.
