Robert Clyde "Todd" Garst of Crossville, TN formerly of Jonesborough, TN passed away Sunday, Feb 17, 2013 at Gateway Hospital in Clarksville, TN. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
Mr. Garst was born March 12, 1932 to the late Daniel P. and Cora Garst in Jonesborough, TN. He was retired from United States Army and had been employed at Lake Tansi Golf Course. Todd was an avid hunter and loved to golf.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his son, Steven Edward Garst; grandson, Steven Wayne Colletto; brothers, Paul, Bill and Tommy Garst; sisters, Mildred Hodge and Dean Garst.
Todd is survived by his wife of 59 years, Erma Jean Garst; daughters, Robin Colletto and Carla Garren; sons, Robert Jr., David and Timothy Garst; 11 grandcildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
