Robert Clark

Funeral service for Robert Lewis Clark, age 84 of Clarksville, will be Saturday, Sep 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Burial  will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday, Sep 16, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and again on Saturday, from 11:00am until 2:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home.

Robert  passed away on Tuesday, Sep 13, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.  He was born on May 26, 1932 in Guthrie, KY to Earl and Onnie Clark.  He was an active member of Olivet Freewill Baptist Church. He was retired from Acme Boot Company and currently working as a courier at Wyatt Johnson.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Dawn Stanfill, and a sister, Earlene Shelton. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Frances Clark, sons Bobby Clark and Ross Clark, daughter, Pam (Ben) McCaslin, brother, Howard "Bubba" (Susan) Clark, granddaughters; Alicia Dye, Brittnye Stanfill, and Bethany Benjamin, his favorite grandson, Daniel McCaslin, great grandchildren; Evelyn Dye and Benjamin McCaslin.
