How many people can you say could brighten the darkest room or have the strongest urge to protect those who couldn't always protect themselves. Very few people could hold a candle to these earth bound angels, but Rich was one of them. When he saw a heart filled with sorrow, his explosive humor couldn't be ignored and would lift a heart and make you genuinely smile. His soul was unlike so many others. He always protected those who could not protect themselves without fear. Richard had a golden heart. If he could give anything so someone didn't have to go without, he would, especially kids. There are few people you can call real life angels, but Rich was undeniably one of them. Rich had another gift of an unbelievable pool player. He did tournaments to benefit toys for tots and white star orphans. Richard is beyond memorable and this tragedy has left large holes in many lives. He will forever be sorely missed, but his memory will live for an eternity and our love for him will burn forever.
