Richard A. Petry 76 of Dover, TN. died Thursday at Gateway Medical Center, Clarksville, TN.
Richard was born January 13, 1935 in Cleveland, Ohio. The son of the late Charles W. & Antoinette Faulkner Petry. He was a retired from air freight with Delta Airlines. He was a member of First Christian Church, Dover TN. He was a interim deacon at the church. A member of the Friends of the Library and he delivered for Meal on Wheels for several years.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 6, 2011 at First Christian Church, Dover with Rev. Adam James officiating. Burial will be at Mumford Cemetery, Nashville, KS. at a later date. Skyes Funeral Home & Crematory in charge of arrangements. Online condolences can be made at www.sykesfuneralhome.com.
He is survivied by his wife-Barbara M. Petry, Dover, son-Brad A. Petry, Buckley, WA., daughter-Pamela Petry, Moses Lake, WA., brother-Robert Petry, Ashtabula, OH. and grandson-Skylar McKinsey. Expression of sympathy made be made to Christian Women_
