Funeral Mass for (Ret.) MSG H. D. Johnson, age 84 of Clarksville, will be Thursday, Feb 04, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Chapel. Burial will be in the Arlington National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Feb 03, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home.
H. D. passed away on Sunday, Jan 31, 2016 at his resdience. He was born on Jan 31, 1932 in Como, TN to Henry Delmar and Rosie Johnson. He was retired from the US Army with 30 years of service to our country, and was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Ingeborg Johnson; son, Richard Karl (Sherri) Johnson; daughter, Susan Ann (Stephen) Veyera; son, Henry Donald Johnson; daughter, Sylvia Ann (Jeffrey) Miller; daughter, Christina (Mark) Trawinski; Sister, Rose Ann Davis; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is preceded in death by 1 grandchild.
In leiu of flowers donations may be sent to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church to the Hati Fund.
