Memorial services for MSG (Ret.) Arthur Louis Ricci Jr., age 82 of Clarksville, will be Wednesday, June 07, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Matthew Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 am -10:30 am, inurnment will follow in the KY Veterans Cemetery West.
Arthur passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at TN State Veteran's Home. He was born on Feb 12, 1935 in Providence, Rhode Island to Arthur Sr. and Dorothy Ricci. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Elaine Ricci.
He was retired from the United Staes Army with over 20 years of active service. He served two tours in the Vietnam War and was a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal along with numerous other commendations. He was a member of the Edelweiss Club.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Helga Ricci; Son, Michael Ricci; Daughter, Annette Ricci.
A reception following the ceremony will be held at the Clarksville Edelweiss Club on Coke Street.
