Raymond E. Flournoy, 87, Retired LT. Col. US Army, died Thursday February 17 at his residence. He served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Janet G. Flournoy and daughter Phyllis Holt. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Patti and John DeBlois, 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
