Graveside Funeral service for Rachel Johnson, age 89 of Clarksville, will be Monday, May 14, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Grace Chapel Cemetery. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Ms. Johnson passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. She was born on Apr 26, 1923 in Clarksville, TN to the late Bracken Osborne and Nannie Osborne. She was a member of St. Bethlehem United Methodist Church. She was retired from Donelson Hospital where she worked as an Registered Nurse in the nursery. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Johnson.
She is survived by her Daughter, JoAnn Heath; two Sons, Edward (Diane) Johnson & Dan Johnson; Two Grandsons, Jeremiah (Christy) Johnson & Jamie Johnson; Two Great-Grandchildren, Ella & Caylee Johnson.
