Phyllis Ann Booth

 A Celebration of Life service for Phyllis Ann Booth, age 77, will be Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.

Phyllis was born on October 21, 1947 to Frank and Elma Gupton Powell of Fredonia, TN and passed away on December 12, 2024. She was a devoted Christian and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. Phyllis retired as a 911 dispatcher from Montgomery County Emergency Services. Her family will remember her for being an amazing wife, mother, and grandma.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis is preceded in death by her brother, Paxton Powell and son, Cale Booth. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Jimmy Booth; sons, Chadwick (Leslie) Booth and Chris (Brandy) Booth; and four grandchildren: Mason, Finley, Seth, and Dylan Booth.

Pallbearers will be Chadwick Booth, Chris Booth, Mason Booth, Seth Booth, Dallas Carney, and Ross Holt.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church 380 Dover Road, Clarksville, TN 37042.
