Penny Ann Baumgartner Hicks, 47, Clarksville, died Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at her home. A funeral mass will be held at 9:00 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Theo Ebulueme officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. til 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A Rosary will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Hicks was born April 12, 1963 in Appleton, Wisconsin, daughter of Gene and Bonnie Baumgartner. Mrs. Hicks was a veteran of the US Army and earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University in May of 2008. She is also an Alumni of the APSU Nursing Program. She was a Nurse Practitioner with the Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center in Clarksville, and a Catholic. Mrs. Hicks is survived by her husband, Rick and sons; Joseph and Marc, two grandsons; Tyhler 5, and Lucas 1. Friends and Family will serve as pallbearers.
