Patricia Smith

A Celebration of Life Service for Patricia "Patty" Davenport Smith, age 62 of Clarksville, will be on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. Friends will gather for one hour before the service. Patty passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at her residence.

Patty was a graduate of Clarksville High School. She married Howard Smith the love of her life on November 24,1995. They had 22 wonderful years together. She worked for many years at Clarksville Memorial Hospital and at St. Thomas Hospital in the business office.

Patty is preceded in death by her parents Gene and Nellie Ruth Underwood Davenport and her husband Howard, and survived by her stepson Nathaniel Smith and step grandchildren Aidan and Ethan Smith.
