Memorial services for Patricia Lee Pennifield, age 78 of Clarksville, will be Friday, Apr 20, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Apr 19, 2012 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Sykes Funeral Home, and again on Friday Apr 20,2012 from 5:00 pm till the time of service at 7:00 pm.
Ms. Pennifield passed away on Sunday, Apr 15, 2012 at her Residence. She was born on Oct 13, 1933 in Washington DC to Willliam Maurice Hayden and Frances Elizabeth Lyon. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband , James F. Pennifield. She was member of EFFORTS and was a Catholic. She was a homemaker and volunteer for many charities and loved to chrochet and sew.
She is survived by her Children, Jeanette Lynn Revell, James Lawrence Pennifield, Robert William Pennifield, Thomas Anthony Pennifield, Theresa Ann Shultz, Mary "Peg" Pennifield; 9 Grandchildren 10 Great Grandchildren.
