Otis Smith

Funeral service for Otis Howard Smith, age 63 of Clarksville, will be Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and again Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Otis  passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare. He was born on Feb 10, 1955 in Clarksville, Tn to Wallace and Virgie Smith. He was an active member of the 50th Tennessee Chapter of Civil War Reenactors, Memory Lane Cruisers, the Sons of the Confederacy, an avid collector, and the self-proclaimed mayor of the Hardee's Biscuit Club.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Patricia Smith, son Nathaniel Howard Smith, and grandchildren; Aiden and Ethan Smith.
