Msgt Janette Mckercher Airforce (Ret)

MSgt Janette Dorothy McKercher, age 71 of Clarksville, passed away on December 26, 2020. She was born on October 30, 1949 in Sioux Falls, SD to Stan and Wilma Weber McKercher. She retired from the United States Air Force after 25 years of service. Janette attended the University of Moscow in Russia and her love for history led her to earn her Master's Degree in World History with an emphasis on European History. She loved reading, volunteering, and was fluent in 5 languages.

She is survived by her son, Scott (Carrie Ann) Murphy; siblings, Stan McKercher, Jr. and Thomas McKercher; grandchildren, Corbin Murphy and Jordan Campbell; and great-grandchild, Nora Campbell.
