Funeral services for Millard Franklin Lewis, age 87 of Russellville, will be Wednesday August 16, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Crittenden Drive Church of Christ. Charles Roney and Scott Harp will officiate. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Crittenden Drive Church of Christ.
Millard passed away on Sunday, Aug 13, 2017 at his residence. He was born on Sept. 01, 1929 in Edmonson County, KY to Harry and Macy Lewis. He was a member of Crittenden Drive Church of Christ. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and the former Vice President of Hudlow Roofing. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Gary Franklin Lewis.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ernestine Gent Lewis; daughters, Sharon (Tommy) McIntosh, Pam (Timmy) Allen, Sandy Henderson, Judy (Darrin) Peters; grandchildren, Shelly Boggess, Kelly Bobbett, Denna Chastain, Stacy Vaughn, Tracy Shoemake, Barry Wayne Kempf Jr., Frankie Allen, Ashley Long, Megan Paschall, Emily Gill, and Bryson Peters; 13 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren..
