Mildred Harvey Baker, age 94 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Clarksville Nursing and Rehab. A Graveside Service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, with her family officiating. Her grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
Mrs. Baker was born June 10, 1917 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late Thomas and Evie Meek Harvey. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Baker; brothers, Marvin Harvey, Robert Harvey, Garnet Harvey; sisters, Kathryn Weakley and Evelyn Whitmarsh.
Mrs. Baker was a homemaker and member of Madison Street Church of Christ.
She is survived by a son, Bobby Lee (LaVerne) Baker; daughters, Brenda (Charles) Hooper, Beverly (Patrick) Hanley, Debra (Alfred) Evans; a brother, William (Georgia) Harvey; a sister, Ann (Robert) Keith; ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Madison Street Church of Christ.
