Michael Jones

Michael Ray Jones, age 54 originally from Clarksville, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. The family will gather to visit with friends on Monday, March 4, 2019 from 5:00-7:00PM at the funeral home. He was born on April 22, 1964 in Montgomery County, TN to James Wilson and Jennie Lorraine Heggie Jones.

Mike was a graduate of APSU. He was the owner of Mike's Catfish Café in Murfreesboro.He spent many years feeding the needy through the Room at the Inn.  He loved volunteering at Manna Café. He was employed by Lowe's and was a longtime supervisor of Shoney's Inc in middle TN and was currently managing Captain D's in Paducah, KY.

In addition to his parents, Mike is preceded in death by his siblings, Ronnie Jones, Billy Jones, David Jones, Terri Jones, and Donnie Jones.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Ellen Jones; children, Michael Jones, Matthew Jones, and Sarah Jones; siblings, Betty Bellamy, June Skelton, Arthur Jones, Sandra Whitley, Jennie Wallace, and Dorrie Rice.
