Marilyn passed away on Thursday, Jan 28, 2016 at St. Thomas/Mid-town Hospital. She was born on Nov 12, 1949 in Jennings, Louisiana to George Janssen and Mary Frances Denton. Marilyn enjoyed cooking and was much interested in genealogy. She also enjoyed dogs. She is survived by her husband, William Huggins; mother, Mary Frances Denton; daughter, Melissa Ann Huggins (Susanna Wyatt); brother, George Martin (Kathy) Janssen Jr. ; sisters, Margaret Ann Longion, and Gloria (Walter) Dowaik. She is preceded in death by her father, George Janssen; daughter, Melonie Faye Huggins and brother in law, David Longion.
