Marie Welter

A Celebration of Life service for Marie Sam Son Lee Welter, age 84 of Clarksville, will be Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 12:00 PM at St. Michael's Archangel Catholic Church. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Marie passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. She was born on November 3, 1936 in Korea to Yoon and Bong Pak Lee. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cake decorating, crocheting, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Welter. She is survived by her sons, Frederick Welter, Jr. and Gerald (Stacy) Welter; daughters, Debbrah (Kevin) Brown and Dora (Leigh) Dickey; and 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Marie will be laid to rest alongside her husband at Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery West at a later date.
