Marie Hines

A Celebration of Life for Marie Jane Hines, 77, formerly of Clarksville, TN will be Friday, August 13, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Erin, TN.

Marie was born in Fisher, AR on October 29, 1943. She passed away on August 8, 2021 in Bonne Terre, MO. She was a great mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family, reading, going to yard sales, gardening, and playing Bingo.

Marie is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Billy Joe Hines;  father, Elton Barnes; her grandmother who raised her, Nora Barnes; and brothers, Thomas Barnes and Sammy Vicchio. She is survived by her children: Bill Hines, Jr., Robert Hines, Tommy (Pam) Hines, Jimmy Hines, and Vickie Hines; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and sister, Darlene Clem.
