Marian Irene Richardson, age 93 of Clarksville, passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 at Fieldstone Place. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. The Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Dowdy & Rev. Sonny Kim officiating. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 and 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday, January 14, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Richardson was born in Montgomery County on January 8, 1922 to the late George Benjamin and Annie Simmons Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her husband Nicholas Waller Richardson. She was a lifelong member of Forest Street United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She was a retired Media Assistant with the Montgomery County School System at Clarksville High. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Richardson Gillette of Raleigh, NC; son, George Thomas Richardson of Clarksville; grandchildren, Michael T. Richardson, Jeffrey W. Gillette, Jr. and Anna Marie (Cody) Roberts. Family and Friends will serve as Pallbearers.
