Margaret Roberta Riggins passed away June 4, at Gateway Medical Center. Funeral Service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Stovall and Rev. E. B. Simms officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Monday 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements by Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc.
Mrs. Riggins was born April 22, 1920 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late E. B. Cox and Sarah Welch Cox. She was preceded in death by her husband Earnest Marion Riggins and her brother Charles J. Cox.
Mrs. Riggins was a homemaker, and member of Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her sons Donald (Cindy) Riggins of Adams, and Patrick Riggins of Henderson, KY. Other survivors include her brother Turner Cox of Fresno, CA , five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
