Margaret Earlene Van Hooser Scott, 81, Clarksville, died Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery West.
Burial will be in Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p m. Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Scott was born December 5, 1927 in Tulsa, Oklahoma daughter of the late Everitt Earl Van Hooser and Nettie Pearl Hale Van Hooser. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Cleo Thomas Scott, one son; Thomas Eugene Scott, sisters; Neva Dryburg and June Hebert. Mrs. Scott worked in the clerical field and was a Christian. She is survived by sons; Ronald Earl Scott of Tacoma, WA and Randy Lee Scott of Clarksville, TN; a sister Fay Hignight of Texas, nine grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
